They need to make sure their staff is well aware of what services are available and what services aren’t. When dropping off, I very clearly asked if I could have my clothes folded after they are washed and ironed. The staff person clearly confirmed my questions and even asked if it means I don’t need hangers and I confirmed that to be the case. I was then clearly told that this is possible and would be done. When picking up, however, I was given my clothes unfolded and on hangers, and when I asked why they weren’t folded, a different staff person said they don’t offer that and went as far as saying that “no shop in the WORLD offers that service”!!! Quite a bold statement from someone that clearly has no clue how the “world” works. They then proceeded to squeeze my clothes into a bag which defeats the entire purpose of having my shirts laundered because I now have to re-iron all my shirts. Total waste of time and money. Never again.

Great and cost effective service. They do the washing somewhere else though, so prepare to wait a couple of days.
They offer really good prices compared to other cleaners in Helsinki, and so far I've been really satisfied with their services.
Nothing to complain - excellent service, affordable prices. They even fixed a small fault on my trousers without asking. :) Kiitos!
