A new Indian restaurant in Finland/ Tampere with a name Bollywood spice. Can it get more cliche than this. So went with zero expectations and was surprised with the taste of the food served. Nepali cuisine and Indian cuisine are different on finer points. So I would say this is the first restaurant that has offered closer to authentic Indian taste without adapting too much to local tastes. Still a bit less spicy/hot and salt compared to what you would get in India. Why no five only four stars. At Dinner prices,for a curry, rice, and a Naan bread, the price comes to 20 Eur. An equivalent in Nepali places would be 17 max. So it's a bit pricey compared to others. But for the taste you could spend the difference. This is a pretty new place, Hope they maintain the standard and taste at similar levels and not go downhill. Free 2 hr parking, a bit of a drive from city centre. Will recommend if you like a better taste than offered in past at Tampere.

This is one of the only restaurants in Tampere where the food tastes authentic. They have friendly staff with great customer service. I fell in love with this place. They have a big choice for Vegetarians and Vegans. I am a Vegetarian. This is one of the very few places in Tampere where there was a big choice for Vegetarians.
Finally! Waited a long time to get real Indian food in the Tampere area. Really pleasantly surprised that the food was much better than my expectations! Plus they have naan bread, papadums and dips - a big plus for me - and even Kingfisher beer!! Heaven in Lielahti.
