Did not really enjoy the visit to Gigantti. It isn't Gigantti's fault, really. I was just coerced into carrying a TV on a 5-minute notice, while already at the Kaleva shopping center. Luckily, it fit in the car even though it was a very close fit. Usually, the service is pretty nice and you can find most appliances and electronics here. Just watch out for friends with no cars when visiting.

I called the other day to ask if my friends could help me pick up the a product as it's quite big and I'm under quarantine, the lady on the phone was very nice, kind and understanding helped me ask the manager and got an approval. She said my friends only need to show the receipt from my email in order to pickup my order. Today, after 5 days my friends told me that they wouldn't let them take it cuz they need my ID. Which was fine as long as I could call them and sort things out. Here I sat down, asked my friends to wait for a bit outside while calling the customer service. In which I called 4 times with each call lasting 7-8 mins of waiting time, that's a total of half an hour of waiting. I mean what is this long wait? Does anyone even work there???
