It is a small place but the sushi is really good. There are a lot of variety pieces including different sushi boxes. We where 7 people and they prepared everything very fast. I really liked it, I will probably come back. Pp: 15-25

There is nothing wrong with the sushi, don't get me wrong, and there's even vegan miso soup on offer. However, it would be a much nicer experience if the music was something else than EDM you can expect to be hearing in a mainstream club or at the gym. It felt more like being in a party than at a restaurant with carefully crafted dishes. Also the disposable bamboo plates are very unecological even though they are recyclable. The bento box came in a real box, the sushi ought to come on real plates too, or the price should be adjusted to be more like fast food.
Really delicious! All the menu items had information about gluten. Even the miss soup was gluten-free!

The sushi is so tasty & high quality but unfortunately really expensive :( I also wish there were more varieties of big sushi sets to choose from!
One of the top sushi restaurants in Tampere. Bento-box in lunch hours is preferred choice. It has few gyoza, makis and nigiris. Mostly sushi are sold in sets. Offers also Asian beers. There is also vege-miso soup but it has mushrooms (I do not mind shrooms but there are folks that dislike them).
The place is small and a bit hard to find, but when you find it, it is worth the effort. They make the most delicate sushi in town, the rice isn't too tightly pressed, like it is in many buffet places. Maka Sushi is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampere. The quality is always top notch and customer service is good. If you have a large group you might be disappointed, the largest table they have holds only 6 people (at the moment) but if it isn't a busy day a group can be seated near enough each other to be comfortable.
