The office employees are nice and very helpful. But the system of how the office functions is crazy. Please, sort out some kind of queueing system that wouldn't allow rude people without manners to skip the queue and maybe explain your employees to tell random people trying to do so to just wait in a line. I understand it's not easy to work with people and it's probably not your employees' fault as they cannot keep the eye on the line always but there should be an efficient system which wouldn't allow this and punish polite people for being polite!!

TAX OFFICE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE OR CHAT Its really hard to contact the tax office. I am trying to contact them since weeks and I never get an answer on the phone, neither I manage to get in contact with anyone by chat. INFINITE QUEQUES AT THE OFFICE If you go by person at the office, you have to wait one day in the queque just to ask a question. WEBSITE NOT WORKING If I try to request a tax card I get an error message , even booking an appointment does not work. (see screenshot) I am really surprised that the tax office works so inefficiently. So it seems that there is nothing that works in the Vero offices. How can we declare taxes this way?

Wasted my time. Was 30s late for when my number was called and they said they won't serve me and I have to get a new number and wait for another 1h30. Joke.

So slow!!!!!!!! But the customer service was excellent so I had to change the rate
