Excellent customer service and at least the product I purchased was in excellent, almost factory like condition. Warranty matters for their used laptops work also exceptionally well and when my used laptop had a panel fault to begin with (which was hard to detect on their normal testing), they replaced it with a new panel without hesitation and I got the laptop back the next day I brought it for service. Highly recommended based on my personal experience!
