We had four tickets to a Green Day concert in May. Then Covid19 hit and it was clear no concert would be held at all. Ticketmaster declined to refund the tickets \until the government has officially stated that large concerts are not possible\. Ticketmaster sent an email stating that if we wish to attend a possible new concert at a new date, we could keep the tickets OR we could claim a refund. Then, in April, the government stated that no concerts are to be held in 2020. We asked for a refund for a third time. No answer. Then end of May a fourth one, no answer. Now today they sent an email that they are busy. Later we got an email where they said a new Green Day concert would be held in 2021 in a new, much smaller venue. We DO NOT want to go that venue, but Ticketmaster claimed now that a refund is not possible. I get it, Covid19 has been hard on many businesses but this is totally unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST TICKETMASTER as they clearly are NOT a respectable company.

A huge disappointment! I ordered tickets to the Christmas concert and the payment of 71 euros was taken from my account immediately two weeks ago. However, I never received the tickets. Today I called and was told that there is no information on my order, and all seats for that concert are sold out now. The customer service informed that my tickets will be refunded within two weeks. And the call cost 2 euros / minute and all the hassle for nothing.

Terrible. Did not get any message about the canceled concert with the Hollies. Can from abroad and can get any contact when coming home again. Want my money back. Never again Ticketmaster Suomi.

Rahojen palautusta yritetty useita kertoja ja maksettu puhelinsoitoista jo ainakin puolet yhden lipun hinnasta. Sanovat, että tapahtumajärjestäjä vastaa rahojen palautuksesta, joka ei myöskään vastaa minkäänlaisiin yhteydenottoihin. Ticketmaster on kuitenkin palauttanut rahoja todistettavasti ystävälleni samasta tapahtumasta ja lähetinkin heille tästä todisteet. Meillä useita satoja euroja kiinni... Voisitteko ystävällisesti palauttaa jo rahat!? Seuraavaksi ilmoitus kuluttajasuojaan ja laitan konkurssihakemuksen vireille. 7.3.2021: Edelleen rahat saamatta. En voi ymmärtää miten on näin surkeaa asiakaspalvelua. Pitänee laittaa asianajaja asialle ja Ticketmaster saa maksaa kaikki kulut.
