We used Travelcargo - PetExpress service to relocate our adorable Syrian hamster from Finland to Ireland. Minna was very helpful and addressed all of our concerns. She walked us through the process step by step and explained it all thoroughly. Our hamster arrived safely in Ireland. We are very grateful for the help and support we got from Minna and her colleagues. Thank you for carefully delivery of our afghan hound Finland-Japan by Quatar airlines in this so difficult time . It was so long travel for our dog, but everything went well. The box was spacious, the dog had rest in good dog hotel in Doha, also we got photos from there, and after she arrived to Japan. The dog was clean and fed.
Minna and Mathias went above and beyond to help us get our pets home to South Africa during extremely difficult circumstances (covid-19 pandemic)! They stayed in constant contact, sent us photos of our pets during their stay in the pet lounge in Qatar (which greatly eased our minds!) and cooperated beautifully with our Pet agent in South Africa. Thank you TravelCargo so so much for helping get our babies home!
