Ordered from online during a limited-stock offer. The payment went through but their system crashed because of the massive amount of traffic. Haven't received the product nor a refund. Contacting the customer service is painfully slow, expensive (paying just for queueing 30 min at a time) and penultimately useless. They appear to take a stance of "we take no responsibility for their services nor offer solutions of their own". After several weeks they haven't found my money, are not offering any product in place of the one I ordered, and are telling me to sort it out with my bank, which says the transaction went through to them. Tl;dr: Ordered a product, paid for it, haven't received it nor a refund. Use Gigantti's services at your own risk, as in my case they don't take responsibility for their systems/platforms. Terrible and ultimately useless customer service.
Horrible customer service. We placed an order a while ago, paid right away, and it never arrived. Now no one answers the PAID phones and the chat bot is of course useless.. The worst experience. I guess this is the famous Finnish customer service we heard about!

Horrible selection, they are so cheap (and I do not mean their prices, they are actually quite high), they do not keep any items in the store, you have to pre-order everything. They will sell it to you, but the item might never come. Shop assistants are rude and always act like they would rather be anywhere else but not helping their customers. I would never recommend this store. Try literally any other store instead, Verkkokauppa, Power - anything, but not this one.
