I went to buy an power unit for my keyboard, but I didn't know the difference between a MIDI keyboard to a regular one. Instead of ripping me off, the person recognised that I am a novice and clearly explained me the difference and told me use the USB cable. Honest and trustworthy people. Made my day
Got a first violin for our daughter from here. There were some issues with the tuning but the guys were willing and helpful to help and provide tips for beginners. Only thing is that it's mostly string instruments for sale, would have liked to have a larger choice of saxophones to look at, might even have got one.
Bought a renewed second hand piano from there. Great service and a good product.

Tilasin joulukuussa 2020 kitaran ja vahvistimen. Kitara tulikin nopeasti, laatu vaan oli pettymys (Ibanez grg121dx: pari frettii liian korkealla, frettien päät joutui heti viilan alle). Vahvistinta odotan vieläkin (stupid COVID-19). Mitään ongelmia ei ole Soitinaseman palvelun suhteen ollut vaan päinvastoin... Olen ollut todella tyytyväinen. Verkkokauppaan toivoisin kuitenkin tuotteiden saatavuus -tiedon tai arvion milloin tuotetta saatavilla. Kiitos Soitinasema! Update: Odotan edelleen vahvistinta
