FinAl is the newly founded network for the Alumni of ESN Finland. We officially gained our status as a committee in National Platform Herwanta, where the sections supported the development of a national entity for alumni. After that, the committee went forward during the year 2017/2018 towards a goal of registering into an association at PRH. The idea was to first start the Alumni network as a committee working under ESN Finland and to develop it further towards a registered association. The progress was quick and the registration was executed earlier than we originally anticipated. The idea was to initially be open to anyone who has been active on the national level of ESN Finland and has the "National.alumnus"​ role on their profile on ESN Galaxy, however now that the committee has been developed into a registered association, we would like to directly open the association for both new local.alumnus and new national.alumnus role holders from ESN Finland. Oh yeah, and officially we are called ESN Finland Alumni ry and for short, ESN FinAl. What is our purpose and what do we do? Our goal is to help the current and old members of ESN Finland to stay in touch by organising informal networking and gathering events, such as the summer cottage trip we had. Additionally we are going to start an Alumni group in both Facebook and LinkedIn for ESN Finland, open to any local or national level alumnus to network. Who are we? Our founding members are people from the previous two National Boards; Mikael Männistö as the President Miia Vaara as the Vice-President Henry Rauhanen as the Treasurer Anni Juhela as the PR manager Pablo Guillerna Franco as the HR manager.
