Nice place for a swim with or without family. There's a gym, baby pool with a small waterslide, kids pool and 25 m pool with five lanes usually. For teens there's a rope you can use to swing your self to the water. Water runnes have their own lane as do fast swimmers. Saunas are deliciously hot and showers are clean. There are baby washing sinks on both men's and women's washing rooms. Dressing rooms have open space with lockers and dressing closets with lockable doors. Water is nice 27 C for swimming. The only down side is that the kids pools have the same temperature and adults tend to get a bit cold out of the water. Lifecoaches have their own glass walled controll room with exellent visibility to tge whole swimming hall. All in all I can recommend this place for swimming with or without kids and to people of all ages.

Very nice indoor swimming experience. Not so much crowded, separate swimming pool for children, guided swimming space for slow, fast and trainer swimmers. Price is reasonable. Liked the place very much.
Cozy place to visit for a swim and relax in the sauna.
Good gym, discount if you study at HAMK.
