Great service from booking to return of the car! They even answered their phone promptly (which can't be said of most of the others) Perhaps not the cheapest alternative, but far from expensive. This was my first experience with Avis, and they definitely have a new friend and endorser!

Added extra costs to the bill either by charging stuff twice or by adding insurance fees for non-requested options. I won't care which one - next time I'll just use another rental company.
Every time great, friendly and professional service. Remember to first go the service counter located in the passage between the terminals 1 and 2.
