Not up to the general standard of Fafa’s! I’ve visited many other Fafa’s restaurants but this Jumbo location was the worst. I ordered the Fafa’s chicken pita and got only about half the amount of fillings I’m used to getting at any other Fafa’s. Chicken was also somehow soggy and chewy, ugh. Go to some other Fafa’s if you are craving their food.

The Fafa's in Jumbo is a sort of hit and miss location. Sometimes it is a very enjoyable restaurant but sometimes it is very crowded and noisy - as you can expect from a food court place. The food is what Fafa's food everywhere is. You will get what you order and you know it will taste the way it does in other Fafa's restaurants. I personally enjoy it! The service is quick and friendly (if a little pushy with all the extras you can add), would recommend!

Water costs 0.7 per glass-what? And they don’t tel you about it, just include into the price. They don’t have a student discounts and pushing you to add many extras to your meal.

Good food and nice service, but a bit soulless compared to more traditional locations for this small chain. I axed one star for charging for tap water, even with purchase of food. Unacceptable. Cup of their of pretty good lemonade is tiny too, not enough to down the food with. I would have given 5 stars if they had offered some of the bread sticks some locations offer. Those things are made with liquid god extract, only way they can be that good.

Highly disappointing flavours and size for the price, 11,90 for kabab pita with cheese. "Kabab" was a tasteless meatball in a pita filled with salsa. Large coke was a joke, too. 3 for a 0,25l coke bottle with apparently no choice for bigger options. Also had a miserable side of floppy fries, charged separately. The one positive side of this visit is that I now feel comfortable having not invested in this company.

One of the FEW places in Finland you get charged for ordering water (70 sents a small glass). Furthermore, portions are smaller than in other Fafa's restaurants and quality is lower as well... Try to avoid it If you find something else.
