I had a very bad experience in this shop, where the employee Mikko pushed too much an offer and try to sell me an Elisa contract even though I expressed myself clearly that I don’t need it. Instead of fixing my phone thru the insurance he pretend to offer me a better deal, from 200 to only 149 if I’m taking the Elisa contract. When I told him that this is exactly the same deal they promoted in that time (2nd of May 2019), -25% (200-25%150), he flushed deeply and looked away while his colleagues start laughing. Also they claim they added a tempered glass screen protection for free to my phone which is missing.

Kävin pari viikonloppua sitten viemässä rikkinäisen puhelimen Jumbon Fonumiin, jossa yksi työntekijöistä hoiti homman alusta loppuun kyllä todella hyvin. Oli mukavaa, miten asia hoitui niin kätevästi, ei tarvinnut ravata liikkeessä useampaa kertaa vaikka asiaa olikin. Ystävällistä sekä ammattitaitoista palvelua.
