Not using this r kioski often, but even even I have seen it closed when it's supposed to be open by schedule 5 times within half a year. Again today (15.12) tome 11:50, closed. Must be open from 9. No notice,nothing. By the time I'll come back to Finland my parcel will be shipped back. Whose fault is it?
