A month ago I decided to exchange my old car for a newer one. From start to finish I received excellent service. I was offered a very fair price for my old car, and the deal I was offered for the newer car was also the best in comparison to other dealerships. Furthermore the small defects that I noticed on the newer car were fixed with no hastle from the salesman. I got the impression that in Vaihtoplus the customer certainly comes first. The salesman Sami Öhman was very professional, honest and friendly. Vaihtoplus is a dealership I would recommend to anyone wanting to exchange their car.
Seller named reijo, should avoid making deals with him , he forgets to call and acts rude , 24 thousand worth car left without buying because of the sloppy service
