I bought a student ticket at a long distance ticketing machine, as I am student (on exchange in Finland). Once in the train, the employee said very rudely and directly that I have to pay again for a new ticket but then a full-fare one. As I didn't sign up for my student union in my university, I apparently have no student rights at all. If I would have known, I would have bought the correct ticket of course! But the way that the VR employee told this to me, had a real emotional impact on me long after it!!

Yritys joka ei toimi, jolla on valitettavasti monopoli. Ainoa hyvä asia on konduktöörit ja heidän palvelu. Muuten hinnat aivan liian kalliit, palvelu netissä ja puhelimessa luokatonta, satunnaiset myöhästelyt ok, mutta kun niitä on aina mikä ei ole hyväksyttävää. Rahaa laitetaan turhiin ja huonoihin muutoksiin joita joudutaan perumaan ja muuttamaan.
