Very good authentic products for vapping.

Good place to buy some liquids, but they don't tell you what you should buy or how you should mix (it's a law). First buy one of the little bottles on the shelf for flavour, grab a oil on the big box in the right side of counter, and ask for a nicotine liquid if you need it. Also, buy the plastic bottles to mix them all. I recommend one small bottle per flavour. Put the flavour, half of nicotine bottle, and oil you bought. Mix them thoroughly by shaking them and it's ready to go.
I do not speak Finnish and often find it harder to commuincate with sellers and shops- My husband and I smoke and really wish to stop- So I went to Vapor Vandal to see what they offered- I was Thrilled to see the man working spoke Perfect English! He spent a long time talking to me, telling me about his history and experence with vape- He helped me choose a product and put it together for me- He answered every question, not even knowing if I would really buy anything. HIGHLY recommend this shop for your vape needs- I told him we would be back to get another if we liked it, he replied. You'll be back and he is right! We are going back on Friday to buy another- THANK YOU so much for your time, energy and helping me discover Vape
This store saved my Oulu stay when i needed some more liquid to get me trough the week. The guy i met there was super cool, and spoke excellent English. He went above and beyond helping me find what i needed in this heavilly regulated country. Ended up staying for over 1 hour talking to the staff. If you need vape supplies in Oulu, this is the place to go!
