The MLL family cafe is my favorite place in this city for stay-at-home parents! You can meet other parents and kids and play together without having to buy anything (you can use their kitchen equipment to eat your own food). The personnel is very helpful. They love to play with kids or e.g. hold your baby while you are having lunch with your older kids. There are both voluntary workers and professional family workers, who have wise thoughts about parenting, if you want to talk about getting your baby to sleep or anything related to kids. They have nice opening hours, check online (for example Tue and Thu from 9AM to 3PM).
