Asked many times via email. Attached application forms. But never got response back. On 3rd attempt I got an answer that my application will be forwarded to the agent. During apartment demo they can't answer to any reasonable questions e.g. is there parking space available or planning renovations. So useless agency. Meantime in Helsinki I've never had the issue with Vuokraturva and always rent an apartment within 1-2 days.
