It used to be better back in 2015 but not with all this immigrants doctors who has no experience at all skill 2/10. I had iraqian doctor who went all the time to ask other doctor how to solve my problem. I live in Vuosaari bit 100% I’m gonna change my clinic to another. It’s sad in such a good area beautiful building but service is 0. Shame finnish medicine falls face down

Doctors has no experience. Customer service is very angry and stuffed shirt. Even when you say that I have a serious illness, they don't make an appointment. I am trying to get appointment but it is impossible.
I can speak Finnish, so my service here has been better than most people, but not the best.
had an appointment with the nurse at 17:45. Found out The health station is closed from 16:00 in the summer. The nurse worked overtime to quickly give me a shot of vaccine. Then found out some mistake about the time. Definitely something wrong with the English language level here....
The only good thing about this place,they made me take private insurance,you pay extra but you get to go somewhere where things work.
Waiting time the worst you could imagine. The person who attended to me doesn’t speak a single english word. This kind of level of education and professionalism? Horrible system. Can the workers even realize how slow the phase of queuing they provide?
Absolutely horrible waiting time. You can easily wait for 2 or more hours just to get a sick leave paper. While you are waiting you can enjoy nurses and doctors just walking around...
I went in for a x-ray and the staff did not speak any English, not a single word. I expected more of a medical educated person. At least it didn't take too long.
