Unfortunately this company is totally untrustworthy. When you take over a company, you need to respect the existing contracts. You chose not to. Is that a proper/fair way of doing business? I guess most people would agree it is not. To make it worse, not even an apology and proper offer to make things right. Horrible company to do business with.
