Cold and detached workers could do with attending a course on empathy. One vet was great, the other snappy due to coming to the end of a night shift. Always remember to put yourself in other shoes and try to understand a distressing situation from another perspective. They billed us 3 times the amount that medication and emergency care cost just to store a 1.5 kilo dog. Same price 1 day or one week. Shameful rip off. Not recommended. My wife sat in the car crying and she just wanted to leave whilst I sat waiting for a Bill for a dead dog. Nobody bothered making a quick decision such as suggesting we receive a bill in the post. That was left up to me to request. I got fed up after 20 minutes at 8 am. I just wanted to get home.

So, I was ok with the treatment for my cat, just ok, since my cat was treated by many doctors any nurses thus sometimes everyone has their own idea about how to treat my sick cat. There was one time I asked the nurse \ how did you treat him this visit \ and she said \ i dont know \, after that I was patient and asked her if she could bring the doctor so we could have better conversation. And come one the customer service, there is a lady, who is working today evening shift, I told her I lost my card, I couldnt pay directly now but please sent a bill then I would pay at home. She said to me aggressively \ no? Do you ve friends who can pay now \, but ofc I told her no, she asked my ID and unpolitely gave it back and angrily told me to sit down. What is your problem? If I pay fully treatment but one time forgot my credit card? And ask for billing? But yeah, 68% there will be nice doctor who probably helps me warmly and 80% amazing nurses. Thanks for treating my cat.
Olen todella pettynyt tämän sairaalan puhelinpalveluun. Soitin 19.10.2020 aamulla tähän sairaalaan ja olisin varannut meidän rakkaalle perheenjäsenellemme aikaa lääkäriin. Puhelinpalvelun henkilö sanoi minulle että olisimme joutuneet käymään tässä sairaalassa ensin 2viikkoa ja siitä lääkäri olisi vasta päättänyt että tekeekö mitään. Meidän koira ei olisi kestänyt edes sitä 2viikkoa käydä sairaalassa. Tähän sairaalaan ei nähtävästi voi tuoda perheenjäsentään muualta paikkakunnalta. Olen siis todella pettynyt edesmenneen perheenjäsenemme takia tähän eläinsairaalaan.
