Have had multiple experiences, all with top-notch service, friendly staff, and competitive prices. They have some serious wizards in the ski tech department, and there is no one I'd trust more for professional ski tech services. The staff even went out of their way to mount some pretty funky bindings for me. Shout out to Jukka for his professionalism and passion for his work.

The team here was fantastic! They asked all the right questions to customize the equipment to my level/abilities and to show me how well kept and serviced the equipment had been. Upon return, which was hassle free, they inquired about my experience for the day and added small talk about my accent and how long I was visiting from the US. Just a great overall experience with a fantastic crew who all seemed to work well together while being relaxed, looking good and remaining enthusiastic about their job, making it look easy!
The Gondoli lift to the top of Ylläs was nice and reasonably priced. We took a walk down the hill but were surprised by the lack of signposts marking the right route. Obviously the place and the routes are primarily designed for winter sports and not for hikers, but marking the tracks should not be too difficult.
Very good service and helpful staff, even kept the shop open to allow us to return our bikes 15 minutes after closing time.
We rented electric fat bikes. We saw battery was “only” 70% when we were given the bikes. We mentioned to the seller. He said it was easily enough for the 3hours we wanted to ride. We still asked to change... they had no spare battery . He had no choice. After less than 1hour battery was empty. We returned the bikes. The seller refused to talk to us although he was there. he just gave us the card of his manager. After few emails exchanges, 1. the manager never admitted battery died quickly. 2. Never admitted the service was poor. 3. Admitted they did not have time to do tests on their brand new bikes. See pic. Battery loosing 10% on every km!! Just read the owner reply!! You write :”Bad experience for both”. Are you joking? So you expected only the customer to be unhappy and you cash in the , and maybe getting good reviews on top? You write “You refunded only one bike since the other was fine”. Hum, we had no choice but to reduce the length of our planned ride with my wife to 1 hour instead of 3. And we still had to pay full price on 1 bike. Spend an hour negotiating with your employees instead of enjoying beautiful lapland... Do you honestly believe this is serious customer service? Think about it.
The staff here is kind and helpful and they seem to know what they are doing. The wait can sometimes be very long so if you have you children you should be prepared.
