I bought these shoes (pictures attached) and this is what happened to it after a week time. I reported it at the shop but the counter person refuse replacement or refund. Then I contacted Halti customer service and they replied: \Unfortunately we can't take these shoes back and credit them.\ I know that I bought it cheap for 20e and I was told that it is 2nd grade and was specify told that there some weaving issue inside. The sales person show me the fault. But for sure it was not what happened to shoes as you can see in the pictures. I'm not that rich to bought a 20e pair of shoes for a week but this is my 2nd time and I'm sure that Halti quality is too bad. Please be careful while shopping here or on their other outlets, especially when they put item on discount...don't waste your money...

Walked in, looked around just to be \thrown out\ of the store. I didn't check for openings hours and since the door was open and there were other customers inside, it didn't even cross my mind that it would be closed. The saleswoman walked up to me and without \Hi\ or \Sorry\ firmly told me that they are closed. I said sorry, I had no idea, to which she looked at her watch and affirmed in a very blaming tone that the store's been closed for like 4 minutes already. She made it clear she didn't want me there, so I left the stuff I collected right there and left.
