One of the worse place to buy online they have sent me used shoes and with wrong color . and customer service are really not experienced and doesn’t speak good English and quite rude .this is Last time i buy from JD sport ...
8 days and online order still says 'warehouse' and after reading other reviews I dont expect to ever receive my order. How in 2020 can such a bad system and company still be a thing?

One of the worst place to buy online as this company only knows how to scam customer and customer money by holding it, but not sending the product. When i talked them, they replied its lost in a transit as It's happened lot of time the same answer.The customer service only know how to fool the people. I recommend not to buy from them as the product also look like it used or not a genuine one.if google review has negative number i would give it -100 for their bad service
Can't recommend ordering anything from this store. Went there to buy sneakers, which they didn't have in my size, so the sales rep recommended ordering online and picking up later from the store. They said that if I don't get a delivery notification in a week I should call them since they've been having some problems with mailing systems. We'll I've been trying to call them for three days now and either no one picks up or I get hang up on.
