Incredibly rude customer service last Friday 12.4.2019. I had a pair of football shoes to pick up (ordered earlier and already paid up). Two young men servicing the shoe section, both refusing to help and making me wait while they talked to each other or contemplated other potential shoppers. Really sad, as this is one shop that had been improving its customer service over the other competitors in Myllyn. If the shoes had not already been paid up, no way would I have bought them from there. Time to shop around again. Is there any shop manager usually on site there?

Huonointa asiakaspalvelua mitä olen saanut! Ostin 10 maksavan tuotteen, mutta myyjä kivenkovaa väitti että se on 40, maksoin sitten 40, mutta kun katsoin kuittia, siinä luki tuotteen maksaneen 10. Menin takaisin kassalle, ja myyjä otti kuitin kädestäni ja tarkisti sen, jonka jälkeen hän sanoi sen olleen inhmillinen virhe, ja sain rahani takaisin. Laitoin valituksen.
